CvGlo is a web-based platform that helps users refine and optimize their curriculum vitae (CV) or resume based on job advertisements. Our Service uses automated technology to analyze job requirements and suggest improvements to uploaded CVs.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You may only create one account per person
• You must not share your account with others

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free and Paid Services

• We offer both free and paid subscription plans
• Free accounts have limited usage as specified on our pricing page

• Share your account credentials with others

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Content and Data

• You retain ownership of all CVs, personal information, and content you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your uploaded content
• You warrant that you have the right to upload and use all content you provide

6.2 Generated Content

• Refined CVs generated by our Service are provided to you for your use
• We do not claim ownership of the refined CVs
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use

6.3 Data Retention

• We retain your data as long as your account is active
• You may delete your account and data at any time
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
